Atkinson & Lawrence was started by engineers Arthur Atkinson and Larry Lawrence in 1956 with a small business loan from PowerMaster boilers. From there, they became one of the largest commercial boiler equipment sales and commercial boiler service companies in New England. They were tops in sales for many years for most of their manufacturers, including Penn Separator and PowerMaster Boiler.

After the departure of Larry Lawrence, the company has changed hands through the Atkinson family, going to Arthur’s sons James and Don, and finally ending up in the hands of Joe Atkinson, Don’s grandson.

The company continues forward, proudly representing PowerMaster Boiler, Ace Heaters, Penn Separator, Atlantic Feedwater Systems, Marshall Engineering Products (MEPCO), Arctic Heat Pumps, Unilux Boilers, Oilon Burners, Bardec Drives, and more!
